About The Owners
Rich Zimmiond has more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. He is a graduate of North Dakota State College where he studied Environmental Systems- Cooling/Heating Equipment, Service and Sheet Metal Installations. He graduated with a 4.0 grade point average and has been actively involved in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning field since graduation. His education and experience ensures homeowners and business owners will receive a properly installed and serviced system that will provide comfort for years to come.
Lori Zimmiond manages Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning. She has extensive knowledge of the HVAC field and is available to answer all of your questions about heating and cooling equipment, installation, service repairs and pricing. She is also responsible for bringing new products and services to the business.
Rich and Lori were married in 1984 and have been blessed with two children, Leah and Forrest. Their oldest daughter, DaNae, awaits them in Heaven. In addition to their work at Integrity Heating and Air Conditioning, Rich and Lori dedicate their time to the community. Rich has served as a lay minister in the Jail Ministry and Lori has been a hospice volunteer.
